Ridgeview is like family to me. I love my coworkers, my clients, and everything near my chore... except the pay. As a whole, the residential program gets paid poorly compared to other departments and similar jobs with other companies. Nosotros work in a direct care position, so this is an issue. But over all, I love my job. I love my supervisor. Ridgeview is a great place to work.

Coworkers are wonderful to go along with. Anybody is a squad player. Supervisors have your dorsum and help where needed along with understanding the states every bit workers need a mental health day.
